Beach finds for Saturday Oct 28.

Hello all, been a while since I posted finds. Managed to get out yesterday for some detecting down the beach. Found a few coins, sinkers, one moon ring made of copper, I think, and other bits and pieces. The two encrusted coins are old pennies I haven't cleaned as yet, which hubby found with the Excalibur in about two ft of water. The site is an old site on the beach, bvery touristy now-a-days, but the chances of finding pre-decimal coins is high. Hope everyone's had a great weekend too.
Cheers Golden:detecting::)

Holy mackeral Golden. Just a few coins. I wish all my hunts had "just a few coins like that";) Great job, and I still love all the pictures. I need to get used to the fact that your in a different country and there "ain't" necessarily gonna be lincoln pennys and stuff. I don't even know what denomination those coins are but they're sure exciting. Beachguy.

the two bottom tiny coins are one cent pieces, and have been out of circulation for quite a few years. The other coins, bar the two encrusted pennies are current currency.:)
