Dude, that is THE model of mine detector that I trained with in the U.S.Army. I can't remember the model number, but that is it. You're supposed to put that battery pack into a backpack or hip pack. Dahut posted a link to an e-bay add for one like this. If you plan on buying it, you'll never find batteries for it.

Yeah that's one of the newer models. I think I posted a pic of the WWII models. If not I'll do so soon. Not sure what the battery pack on that one weighed ( you would know better ) but on the WWII models it weighed about 40 pounds.
