This was a vacation. I wish I lived there too. The local pirates have sworn me to secrecy or I get fed to the sharks off the end of a short plank on my next visit. LOL!

Duke, where ever you were you sure were one busy Pirate. My guess is the East Coast, but not Fl. Do to the amount of pennies you found in all the different conditions. We haven't had enough sand movement here to uncover many green pennies. Congrats. on a good Vacation. HH

What do you know about detecting in the Pensicola area? I may be in Magnolia Springs, Alabama for 2 weeks beginning the week of Labor Day.

looks like it must have been a 3 month vacation, wouldn't get it all in my loot bag nice when you find a spot like that

Duke , I have not hunted any further west than Panama City Beach. The beaches there have a very short transition from dry sand to water, almost a drop off very little wet sand, not the wide wet sand we get on the South end of the Gulf and East Coast of Fl. There are a few other guys that hunt that area maybe they will read and respond. Good Luck and HH.
