Beautiful Day in The Woods

Another grand day here in Central Ohio. Calm winds, sunny and 52 degrees. Took my Cutlass 2 Umax hunted my parents woods again. Lots of old shotgun brass and some sort of slug. Small round ball appears to be lead and the remains of an old pocket knife. Bet some hunter grieved over loosing that. Neat old Canada Dry bottle too. With the setting of the clocks back means there won't be too many nice days like this left before Winter.

Nice find's I'm starting to like digging up those shotgun brass. Looks like you did good. I never find that many at once.
 
Funny thing is I found all that brass in about 100' x 100' area today. Must been a lot of rabbits in that patch of the woods back then. lol

looks familiar, you got some old shot shells, for sure in the silver era . Looks like a home cast 50 cal and a 00 buckshot , I don't know about you but I think you are going to find something good out there . and seeing your post makes me feel better now i have some company
