Became One with my Machine

So doing some research and i wanted to try out a "Cherry Pick Program". I pretty much used to run the deus in trashy areas wide open and had good success but sometimes became overwhelming with sounds. So I picked a spot where I ran my XP before as well my Etrac and other machines I know have been. I had pretty much opened up IH,Wheats,Dimes and Quarters. Knowing I would be missing some other goodies.

The deepest target was only about 7 inches. Great oldies were flying out of the ground. Prior to this I left my good luck hoodie with a hunting buddy and I was lucky enough to get it back.

Setting on the deus was
i only had Indian head to quarters open. I Disc and notched out everything.

sensitivity was at 95
reactivity 3
silencer -1
tones i made all high so used 3 tones and made IH to Quarters the highest tone
iron audio was at 0
ran it in freq 8
tracking for GB

the etrac struggled with the iron and emi in that area

i've never used the deus but if you disc. out every thing but i.h. to quarters and make them high tone why would you need 3 tones.

1 tone is for iron
2nd tone is for what i blocked out
3rd is high

since i've never used the deus i was comparing your setup to the way it would be on the t-2. why wouldn't you just notch out the iron too and only use 1 tone. thanks
