I prayed for rain and after being out in the 102 degrees temp heat (don't know about the heat index), yesterday, to go to the bank, do shopping and get my meds, it rained during the night and this morning and was still raining after noon! Praise the Lord, as we really needed the rain! I was going to water my wilted MUMS, which looked like they were about to keal over from the hot, dry heat, but God did it for me! So I didn't have to drag the hose and sprinklers around and suffer in the heat! I hope and pray the heat wave has broken, as when my oxygen service man came late Thursday evening with a different oxygen concentrator for me (my other stopped working) it was still rather hot and he said that it had been a terribly hot day! It was 100 degrees but may have been hotter, as I didn't check! Well, anyway, we had a heat, thunder storm....really loud and rolling thunder and then the rain came! The Lord is good and works on His time and not ours!
I was very depressed last Tues or Wed and knew I had to pray for and call Tami! She didn't answer her Cell phone until the afternoon of the day afterwards! She had been in bed with deep depression and going through hormonal changes! She thanked me for calling and asked how I knew about her by what I said and said, I left a sweet message....well I do not remember exactly what I said, as the Lord gave me the words and then I don't remember what I speak or write in my Lord's leading, but it made her feel better and happier...told her God let me know by His Holy Spirit and to talk to her dr about her feelings and whether she might need an increase in her anti-depressant dosage or need hormone meds! I love God very much and He knows how much I love my children, so He is the One Who helps me to help them with encouragement and blessings of love! Wish I could have raised them better and with godly wisdom but I didn't know Jesus as my Lord and Savior then like I do now! Thank You Jesus for Your salvation grace and mercy in saving my soul and Tami's and I know You are working on all my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren for salvation of their souls before it is forever too late! Amen!
