Been looking ..........

General Ray

New member
at some listings for homes for sale in my area.

This one is a little rough in spots, looks like it needs some major roof work and some work on the inside from what I can see but man, it's out in the country right off of and facing the main highway in my area!

Could be a nice little spot and home if it doesn't cost a arm and leg to fix up for a listing of $74.500. I would need to get a rider mower and burn barrel for sure ;), lots of yard, maybe a acre or two, just not sure I'm up for another fixer upper. Would have to cash out my IRA for the down payment, not much in there anyway after all that has happen, might as well put it to good use or what is left, I'm just seeing what is out there and what my options are

That sold in 2006 for $280,000 for $120,000 2 months ago,8 years old and 4 bedroom 3 bath 2car gar. and 1/3 acre
Tons of deals here but no work around here for the most part :(

Are those panels on the ceiling? Better look under those for damages. Old houses cost a lot to fix up, we have dumped more than $200K into ours over the years and can't even get our money back right now. Be careful Ray, this could be a money pit.
