couldn't check mail or see what was going on here on the forum. Got kinda lonely without ya all.
I did get a hunt in on the 7th. Wasn't too impressed.
Got a $1 Sacagewa dollar, 5 dimes, 5 nickels, 27 pennies, 1 rusty Dream Catcher charm (missing a metal feather), brokem key chain and a nice looking metal buttom.
Had other 'penny' hits and just refused to bend over any more. Was a windy and cold day. Did notice some large bird (not sure if it was a turkey or a small 'pet' peacock across the field in what appeared to be someones back yard. It was pacing back and forth so figured it was penned up and I'd check it out later.
Later - it was gone so guessing it was a turkey someone has been feeding ears of corn to. Why it was pacing is unclear.
Glad to be back on line. Now have to fo back to bed for a nap before work.
