I'll let them identify themselves. I know of at least 3 CMD Brothers and Sister besides myself and I have a few other non-CMD detectorists as Friends there too. There are also a couple metal detecting groups on Facebook - one for Michigan that I joined. There is a couple of wives there from of our CMD forum family too. My detecting buddy up here at Houghton Lake is on here too.

It also has a chat capability so if someone say me is on playing around with the Facebook, you could chat one on one with me or with whoever else is in your Friends listing that is signed in,

There are applications that Facebook has too that are useful, like a PhotoFlexer which allows you to correct pictures and do other neat things with it and is free to use as a part of Facebook.

I am discovering something new there everyday. They even have games to play.

I don't do much with MySpace until I get an email that someone has contacted me and wants to be added to the friends listing there.

It is pretty neat. I have found some old friends from highschool on there. Pete is on my buddy like he mentioned. would like to see more folks from here on there. its all free and an easy way to keep in touch, I like the pic part. great way to show off finds.

not as many sleazy ads. Everyday that I sign on, I am bombarded with "want a girlfriend?" ads. No, as a matter of fact, I do not want a girlfriend!
