A few months ago I detecting at the local horse race track in area where a beer tent had been. I had gone over the area with the 11 inch DD and got about $80 in $1 and $2 coins and considered that I had done the area pretty thoroughly, gridding from different dirrections . Its not a large area, and some parts of it are pretty trashy so just for the heck of it yesterday I thought I may as well go over it with the 8 inch coil. Between two short hunts yesterday and this-morning Ive managed to pull another $35 dollars out of this area. This little coil can certainly weed out them elusive coins
