Well today we were trying to open up a new site and he got a signal and low and behold there was a yellow jacket nest where the target was he said he saw bees flying out the hole but it was to late by then they blasted him. Both times we had to fish his detector away from the bees with a long stick. BTW I found a thimble and he found 2 buttons. Then we almost got into another nest the one the tree picture. He said the hornets were way worse than the yellow jackets. The hornets also got to keep a 60.00 lesh shovel well at least till the cold weather arrives he marked the spot on his gps. I might get the nest when we go back in the winter.

Those Bald Faced hornets are NASTY! One got me in the neck once as I was walking down a trail to a site. Yeah, I'd rather have 10 yellow jackets stings.

Last time I talk with you I could not remember the tick spray. It is called Permethrin and is the best I have ever used. You can get a spray bottle of it at walmart and will treat a couple of shirts and two pairs of pants. Will stay good through a half dozen washes or more. Last hunt I went on some guys were complaining about the ticks and I never saw any on me. Best thing for bees is run run run

The spray I am talking about is for your clothes. NOT TO BE USE ON SKIN. Of course always read the label on what ever you buy.

Ticks will mess you up they are nasty critters

Any hornet is nasty you run into a nest and they can kill you I would say if I see just one I'm moving far away..
