Im looking for opinions from people who have used other headphones than the Koss UR-30.
I dont need waterproof.
I've been looking at the gray ghost ndt, killer B wasp and black widow.
Thanks in advance!

I bought my last pair at a fleet farm I think they were maxwells $3.69 they don't smash my ears fill up with sweat work well there foam covered and are the size of a quarter weight nothing and are cheap to replace .sube

I like both the sunray pro golds and the killerBs. Just make sure you get the specific CTX versions.

Try HR headphones I have an add on the Accessory forum under HR headphones made for the 3030, better volume than most out there, and clearness and tightness on the head to keep the noises out, and made one at a time.

I would go with Harold's (HR). They are awesome. You can hear every little sound. Harold makes a great product that does not get the attention he deserves. Totally compatible with the ctx.

I've got the KB Hornet phones and KB ST phones....the ST phones seem VERY "musical" in 50 tone. The "best" phones are ones that you can afford, are comfortable for YOUR purposes and are sensitive enough to reproduce what the machine is sending to them. Not all are the same, obviously! I always go to my Hornets first...I've heard VERY good things about the Pro Gold as well. I actually like the sound of the UR-30s....but they are just all over them place and have a sloppy headband! I may try Harolds when my selection is dead and gone...but with a lifetime warranty I'm not expecting that.

Went with the Sun Ray Pro Golds.

Thanks for all of the responses!
