Hello guys, anyone got any tips for avoid very small target with the gpx 5000? like a small nail or a micro piece of bronze or copper? For relic and coin hunting digging a lot of micro piece of metal is very frustrating.. i think with "coin" timing i can avoid some micro piece of metals but in my high mineralized soil is impossibile to use! I usully run in normal timing!

I think my old sd2200v2 was better for coin and relic hunting.. i think it was less sensitive to small piece of metal!

I have the same problem with my GPX4500. I dig lots of .22 bullets trying to find civil war buttons. I've found that a 4" deep .22" bullet sounds the same as a 10" civil war button. So I dig everything til I get tired of it.
