I just bought a Vista Gold and would like to know how each of you set it up . and what works best for you . hoping i can loos this machine on my old house lot and in the forest before freezup

Was going to take mine out today but, already had the GoldBug and gear in the car. So I gust got in and drove off to a spot.
I found a lot of bottlecaps, aren't Fishers known to be bottle cap lovers.......anyways found about $6.30 in change.

yep, 5" dosnt hit them though well not where I am at anyway, life the coil numbers will jump around or and the sound turns to crap
