Best yet with my F5

Man I hit a private school today and was the best hunting I have had yet! My F5 is starting to become a part of me when I hunt.
Today I got my first silver quarter 1964, 2 cheep rings 7 clad quarters,5 dimes,6 nickles and around 40 pennies, one was a 46d. Was hot and alot of work, but the excitement was there every time I knew I had a strong possibility for a good find! I am starting to like to set my Disc.at around 7, and was doing just fine with my gain at 75-80 with threshold at 0+1. The ground was moist and Phase reading was around 69-71. My depth was remarkable today working with tone #3.
Still looking for that gold ring!!! I have only worked a small part of this place, I'm gona hang low for a week and go back next saturday.

Nice going with the F5. I set mine about the same and it works great. Have not hit many parks this summer because of the heat, but hit the lakes almost everyday with great luck or skill?? :wiggle:

That gold ring is not far off Bobby. That "excitement" you mention is just the manifestation of a pirate soul, the incarnation of a Daniel Boone adventurous spirit, and the gold fever symptoms of Mel Fisher proportions! Good Job! HH
