Hunted a lot that had a house on it until last fall. It was listed on the Tax assessors site as age 123 years old, although 123 can mean "a pre 1900 building, year built- unknown." Ended up with a handful of Memorials and clads. Only 2 Wheats, 1919 the oldest. What saved the day is this Sleigh Bell with a Patent date of OCT 24 1876. So much trash on this old farm, has to be some goodies hiding.
