For Eric:
Hello to all, I built several detecting PI Proscan and I notice that some have but sensibility that others. With the same coil and exchanging the integrated circuits sees that the variation of the sensibility goes by the transistor fet, and he gives me better results the BF256. Am I in the correct thing?. Thank you and I wait answer.

Sorry, I put a mistake : the fet is the BF245C

What is the VCE0 and RDSon of this FET as it is not one I am familiar with.
