BH 10inch Magnum coil on F2?

Hi all. Can I successfully use a Bounty Hunter 10" Magnum coil on the Fisher F2. It seems cheaper to buy the BH branded coil over the Fisher branded coil. Anyone have experience with this coil in regards to extra depth? Thanks all

Yes it works fine, bought it for my F4...it's a great coil and was available for $30 new when I got it.

How much extra depth on standard coins? I would love a extra inch or two. I will get one from Amazon outdoors maybe. I think they might be $39 USD now. I'm in Australia and the guy here wants about 100 USD plus postage. JOKER. Thanks CAL

I run the 10" BH coil on my F2 - I saw about an inch and one-half more than the 8" concentric. Once I put it on, I never take it off. F2 pinpoints very well, so no problems there w/bigger coil. Doesn't affect TID numbers at all.

You'll get an extra inch or two, much better ground coverage, and the thing is feather light and pinpoints awesome. Oh and it is good on bottlecaps unlike the 11" DD. You really can't loose with it.
