I was given a new BH Tracker 4 for Xmas.

All seems ok except for 1 thing. I've plugged in 2 different sets of fully functional headphones, and can barely, barely hear the audio. There IS audio, but it is at an ESP level. If there is any outside background noise, I will not hear anything thru the headphones.

The audio volume from the internal speaker is VERY LOUD. Too loud, actually.

I tried new batteries...no help.

Any hints or suggestions?
