BIG COILS FOR TEJON:twodetecting:

C.J.M.

anyone use a sef.coil or excel. coil on the tejon, would appreciate some feed back.

They work really good. But so heavy. The stock coil is very deep,The 12x10 DD is great,The 10 X5 elliptical is great in trash and working in wooded areas because of being solid and the shape hunts around trees so well. There are more coils made by detech that they don't show on Kellyco .Like the ultimate 13".But yeah all the sef coils do good.Don't expect much more depth than the Tesoro 12x10 DD. o_O

The 12 x 10 " widescan coil from Tesoro is very good, don't dude, I could find a small cache (so so 150 nickel coins) buried 8 years ago at 70 cm (27.5") with a clear signal after been cleaned the upper area from most metallic trash, I have the Vaquero and Tejon but this last one is deepest specially with that coil.
