We're getting blasted with our first major snowstorm in the Hudson River Valley and a few sites I had picked out will be put on hold. One site I'm looking at (older house) is in foreclosure ,so it will be auctioned off this coming week . The front of house is on Main Street with plenty of foot traffic, so you can see the potental . By the way my friend and I are considering buying this house if price is right. The house has been abandonded for a whole year so I have pretty much free access to front and rear yard. Now if the snow thaws before the auction I'll get to detect otherwise the new owner might object. We'll see....Al

With your venture into the property market! Seems to me, the snow really screws up the detecting for you <IMG SRC="/metal/html/flag.jpg" BORDER=0 width=32 height=17 ALT="usa~"> guys. Right now I'm hoping for some warmer weather later on this week so I can hit a couple properties. Good luck to you in UK....Al
