Bogus gold digs

Hit some parks today, dug these 116 coins & 4 rings.

Here's the nice gold looking one - but was a little light weight and not too golden looking.

But when I got home under the magnifier it shows clearly "18 K " and no other stamps.

So I test it with my acid kit and it clearly is not gold. So be aware out there. I can now add it to my bogus gold display - so it has some worth after all

Congrats, Steve, you did good anyway.....too many rings made of different metals.....sooo can't find the good ones all the time....There are cheats everywhere and that is sign of the times we're apparently in now! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
