Bounty Hunter 5" coil on Fisher F5??

Can someone tell me exactly which 5" Bounty hunter coil will work on the F5.

A link would be greatly appreciated.

Others on this forum who have used the small BH coil on the F5 say there is a significant loss of depth.

Fisher dealers are taking preorders now for the 5" or 11" DD for the F5.

I tested the F4 11" DD on the F5 and it worked great, EXCEPT the pinpointing was way off. You could just X the target with the tip or heal of the coil and it worked fine.

BTW the BH 4" coil is only $30 vs $135+, so for some it might be a good alternative except that I believe everyone that's tried it said it lost a lot of depth.

I am not sure which I want, the 11" or 5" DD for the F5. I have a hard time pinpoiting now, A DD 11" will increase this problem?? So I should get the 5" ?

Why a DD, how is it better than my stock coil?

the number of pins in the connector is differnt.the F5 has one more then the bh.I have both machines and I wouldn't interchange them gonna buy a 5'DD for the F5.always better to go with the proper parts, just my opinion
