so, while i was waiting for my f5 to arrive i needed to find something to do. i decided to take the old bounty hunter out. well apparently it doesn't want to be replaced, because it found an army navy production award pin over the weekend and about an hour before the f5 showed up i uncovered my first silver coin. it was a 1940 mercury dime. the pin is also sterling. however now that i have my f5 it did find a necklace that i think is gold plated, but not really sure.

if its gold there should be a hall mark on a link next to the clasp
