It looks like Tesoro now has their own <b>OFFICIAL</b> Tesoro Forum linked to their own website.
Definately a step in the right direction, and I for one applaud you for it!

Yes! Tesoro made a good move when they started sponsoring this site and now another good move with their own new site. Between here and the new site Tesoro users and potential customers should have all the Tesoro information they need.

i just became aware of that myself. Wonderful to see them take these steps and it makes my earlier post of today pointless. I hope you'll all just ignore it and not make it the argument its become on the depot forum as some of them have annoyed me quite enough with their replies.
 
Glad to see the positive move! I've been too fond of Tesoro products for too long to be limited to one Tesoro Forum to read, learn and try to help.
Also, 'Thanks' Ralph, for the heads up! Spent a good deal of the day at the VA Hospital and just got the word tonight.
A good move on the part of a manufacturer! I hope all goes well with the OFFICIAL Tesoro Forum <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

I wrote a letter to Tesoro last week complaining of his Deleting of posts and the way he treats people... Gives Tesoro a bad name.
I think its a great move on Tesoro's part.

It's all well and good what you say, but those M.F.rs never did respond to my e-mail ... 'within 10 days' my butt! SORT IT OUT TESORO <img src="/metal/html/nono.gif" border=0 width=22 height=19 alt=":nono"> you make good detectors, but you really need to sharpen up your act regarding customer care. Whites made me feel like I was their ONLY CUSTOMER, you guys have made me feel like I don't even exist! <img src="/metal/html/angry.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":mad"> If you want a kick ass representative in the UK, contact me, cos I get things done!
 
Since I have seen a great number of inquiries answered within a day by the management of Tesoro on this new site. I think this may be the answer you are looking for. Why not post your question there and see if you get quicker response?

Well- I suppose it is nice that Tesoro has their own forum- not debating that, by any means. But it is hard to read, follow, and understand, as well as access, what with passwords, threads, and all kinds of other .....stuff, whatever it all means. The old forum and the way it looked, how easily it was accessed, and the generally usability of it, as well as the look of it was way easier to view and read. Not impressed with this effort at all. Am I the only one who sees this?? Sorry if this gets anyones nose out of joint, not meant to, but this new forum just is not user friendly to me, at all. The old format was way easier to read and respond to. Thots??
 
I at least praise Tesoro's efforts to have an "official" forum which they can moderate themselves. Obviously they were losing some loyal Tesoro fans over at the 'Depot' with all the banning going on!
The revised format, as I see it today, is more attractive and easier on the eye, but I know that we've been spoiled being able to follow 'threads' like we have over here.
It is a move in the right direction, and if you aren't comfortable, just post away on the Findmall Tesoro Forum!
