Brian and dad...

...are both doing good.
Brian only woke me a couple of times needing meds and I managed to get more sleep than usual last night. He has had a good day today with less pain than the previous couple of days.
I talked to mom this evening and she said dad was feeling much better too. His pain is almost completely gone. Fantastic news!
Brian is excited about the impending snow storm because school was canceled for tomorrow. It means he gets a couple of extra days to do his homework...so he thinks. His teacher gave me some extra assignments for him to do so we'll keep him busy through the weekend.
Brian has been in good spirits today and has been playing practical jokes on us lately.
Sometimes he'll tell me is out of one of his medical supplies, so I round up what he needs and when I return to his room he is holding up what he sent me for. With a sly smile on his face, I might add.
As Carol and I go through our day, we are so busy and sleep deprived that we sometimes forget how many people are keeping us in our prayers. When we stop and think about all of you who visit Brian's Carepage and keep us lifted up in prayer we are truely humbled.
Thank you for being here for us.
