Another ache...

...and another pain.
Yesterday, Brian saw a bug fly past his face and threw himself back in his bed to avoid it and pulled a muscle in his left side near his hip. It turned out to be a ladybug and Carol promptly removed it from his room.
He hasn't had any bouts of severe tumor related pain in quite awhile and seems to be in a pretty good mood. Except when he thinks of his Poppy.
He hasn't had any more problems with his trach either. We have been making him drink more water to keep his secretions loose and that seems to be helping.
Of course, today's Tuesday and you know what was on tonight...Lost!! It is hard to watch with him because something will happen and he will grab his pad and pen and start writing..."...remember, he's the one..." or "...oh, now I get it..." and I have to read his note and then miss part of the next scene!
