Brian is in surgery at Fort Sanders Medical Center in Knoxville. They found a surgeon that could do the Angiogram here locally. He has been in the OR for about an hour at this point.

As always, thanks for your prayers!

Back in his room.

It's 1am and I'm beat. Brian returned to his room around 12:15 after a 2 1/2 hour surgery.

The hope was they could see the bleeder and seal it off but unfortunately they couldn't positively identify it. The surgeon did find an unusual mass of blood vessels on the right side of his face and sealed the main feeder vessel with the hope that it was the culprit. We'll see how he does over night.

Right now he is sleeping peacefully.

His nurse just came in with a nurse from PICU and they are going to begin a blood transfusion. His hemoglobin count is 6.9 and they said the low side of normal is 10 and they will transfuse when the count is below 8.

We aren't out of the woods yet!

Thank you for your prayers.
