When I got home...

...Carol was on the phone with a member of the plastic surgery team at Vanderbilt. As she was talking she held up a tissue that contained some blood that Brian had just spit out. He couldn't reach our surgeon but suggested we have Brian sleep in an elevated position tonight so Carol will sleep on the couch and Brian in the recliner.
A few minutes later the phone rang and the doctor had reached Brian's surgeon. They said to keep Brian's doctor appointment in the morning and have his blood levels tested again and if they are lower we will either take him to ER here or just go on to Vanderbilt.
Carol said they may try to do another angiogram if he is still bleeding. We are going to pack our suitcases and be prepared to go just in case. If he starts bleeding again overnight we will take him to Childrens ER and he'll probably get another helicopter ride.
It may be a long night...and week!!
