Lets see...got 120 coins today for 9.79 another dollar coin, and a 2gr 925 ring. This and some little hunts throughout the week puts me at 2679 coins and 209.14 for the year so far...Lots of rain, sleet, snow, wind, this am..but I stayed at it until 1 o'clock. Even in this weather, lots of Soccer and baseball being played, tomorrow should be a great morning hunt, Moms were bundled up and wearing gloves, good odds for a ring or two. I run 53 sens and -3 thresh with DP tones in the totlots, 1 disc, it hits fast, hard, and fairly deep like 6" on the Q's and lets a fellow get under the swings and near as possible to the poles, grabs little foil and other small stuff. Very stable and comfortable setting that nothing valuable can escape within 4" or so. F70 with the 11"dd. I'll continue merrily stabbing clad, and hunting for some gold! Good Luck and HH to you all!
Mud.

Man that was a tough outing

Six-seven hundred dollar year stabbin is not to bad, not counting the silver and gold. Blustery here, too. 83 with low humidity, sunshine and a nasty southerly breeze. HH jim th

my last stop was at one of the schoolyards and could see some other detectorist was there an hour or two ahead of me. There was nothing near the equipment, so I swung the open areas and run and tumble zones, got 3 Q's, a N, and probably 15 pennys out and away from the equipment. Stopped at 7 places, longest stop over was an hour. A friend of mine called last night, he got a Walker Half out in the water wading with his CZ 20!
