Broke my MXT today.

After about an hour this morning, I tried to get a depth reading on a dime and the toggle switch broke off in my hand. I've had it almost 2 years and it has seen a lot of use. I was just thinking about how much I use that switch a week or two ago. I suspect I may have damaged it in a fall in the woods a month ago.
The good news:
Because I can't do without it for a few weeks while it gets repaired, I called Whites for the part and they referred me to Centerville Electronics in Centerville, Virginia. They are shipping the new part and I'll get it Friday or Saturday they said. Part + shipping is $13. Not bad.
