Broke my slump today with 3 silver, 160 for year ...

Hi Gang:

Found my first silver coins in 10 days today:

Hunted for 30 minutes this morning before getting some car work done and managed a 1944-S quarter and 1 wheat penny.

Hunted for 90 minutes this afternoon. Managed 1934 mercurry and 1952 rosie dimes plus 7 wheats.

Brings me to 160 silver coins and 625 wheats for the year with 15 silver coins and 78 wheats coming in October so far.

My silver weight for the year is up to 1.24 pounds

Good finds. I just purchased a CTX and have found silver my last 4 hunts. Yesterday I found a Merc and a Walking Liberty half in a picnic grove that a bunch of us have hunted hard for 15 years. We have literally pounded this site with many detectors, and while it used to produce, we haven't hit silver the last year or two. That FBS loves silver for sure.
