buckle and and eagle?

Here are a few more finds if anyone knows what they are let me know please.The one I know is part of a buckle that I have seen are worth alot if both pieces are there but I don't know what this one is.And the one with the eagle i found yesterday with some musket balls it is open in the back so I don't think it is a button.

I have the same button. I think the back (along with the shank) had become separated from the front.
Ft.Monmouth is just a half mile from my button recovery.

Wow Croaker, you are on a roll!!! Love that buckle. I think Ken is right, the back is missing on the button.
