Buckle ID pls help

I think it could be a Rev war batwing buckle. I also found musket balls and the cock to a muzzle loader. My bud found a 1812 pewter script infantry I button so the site is mixed era's. Any help/input greatly appreciated.

Okay I posted it on some Facebook Detecting clubs and got an immediate response from a few people as it being a spectacle buckle. dates from 1650-1700.
