Calling 705 experts

Been trying out a 705 using a 9"3khz coil and a 18.75 10" dd coil for relic hunting and I'm having great
Result .
Now the question is I need a 6" coil for those trash pits do I go with the digger coil, the 7.5 concentric,18.75 dd
I have a ctx 3030 with a 6" coil but after about 4 to 5 hours of swinging gets heavy so it's going to be for coin hunting only

Not an expert, but here is what I think.

If you are going after relics and other lower conductive targets in the trash pits and iron laden sites, I would get the 18.75Khz, 6 inch DD Minelab coil. If you are after copper and silver, the Digger coil is the way to go.

I have both coils and both are super at what they are designed to do.

Sorry, but I don't have the 5x10 18.75kHz coil so I cannot compare that with the 6 inch DD.

I have notices that some 1800 to 1840 button
Using the 9 in 3khz concentrate would not pick them up but the
10" 18.75 dd would so I'm looking for a 6" coil that will
Cover all the bases in a very heavy iron trash pit

If the 3khz was not picking them up then get the 18.75 6" dd. It will find those coins just fine and cut through trash. Just start low with sensitivity if trashy and work your way up.

I hope your right just ordered a 6" 18.75

I like mine a lot. It's on my machine now and it's waterproof. You will be surprised at how small of stuff it can pick up.
