Here's few finds from this mornings early hunt. I don't find these with any letters usually. Waterbury Button Co. on the back. Sometimes i find them with the I, (Infantry), this is a first for me, with a C, for Calvary, I think. Troops occupied Fort Sherman here in Coeur d'Alene in the 1870's. So most everything is post civil war/Indian war. Only other find was a .925 sterling earring. Rang up 85 on the V3i. Go get you some!
 
I've dug some old buttons and tons of 45-70 casings (20+ yrs ago) in the old ballpark due north of the park there in cda.....obviously part of the fort grounds there at one time. Also got some good oldies from the park itself back in the day....that park has given up some really good coins!
