Found this past weekend. Trying to find out info on this. Looks like it was gold plated at one time. Double headed snakes go up the sides. Thanks for looking.
 
I don't know much about these but that looks like milk glass.

Probably cast. A less expensive version than the hand carved cameos which would be mounted in a gold or silver ring?

A member of the local MDC found a hand carved cameo in what he calls a loot dump. It was mounted and had an 18kt gold chain attached, it was found with a few silver rings on a bank beside a path in a park.

Still a nice find.
