Can anybody ID the purpose of any of these?

A couple finds from a field that coughs up coins dated in the 20's and earlier. I've found dozens of the 3-holed brackets but when I found the one with gold gilt, I got curious as to their purpose.
All items are brass/copper. The pin/button item is one piece and looks to me like it slid into a mount. Perhaps on a hat? The ring is only to hold it on its side for the photo.

I think I figured out the first two pics. The tube is the body of a single blade razor handle. I've found a few handles but none with the projections. I believe they are to give purchase for open and close of the razor head.
Those parts with three holes are the main body that the single razorblade lays on. Center hole is where it attaches to the handle, two outer holes are to align the blade.
