Can anyone identify the approximate time period for this

I posted these photos a number of years ago but never got a definite answer on what time period this cuff-link/clasp is from. It appears to be made out of something like bronze or pewter. Thus, I am trying again if someone can identify the period or make.

The roll and crimp metal indicates early 20th century manufacturing, in my opinion. Peace Roy
