CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THIS BELL IS REALLY FROM 1769

The dates on the "El Camino Real Bell" show "1769 &1906". The 1769 date which refer to the founding of the first mission in San Diego, California, and the date "1906" refers to the placement of the first El Camino Real Bell in Los Angeles.
