Don't think so George.----The F-19 affixes to the shaft with those two screws (same as the GBP), G2 box is mounted on the handle.

I heard they were updating G2. I like the rod assembly alot better on G2 than the F19 style. Wish all were like G2

You can do It George ..Ive done it before...you have to get FT to send you the rod asembly and the adapter....you open up the f19 and theres two screws in the back that holds the mount ...take those screws out then remove the mount then slide the new mount in and it will have a long tab like a popsicle stick hanging out the bottpom when unit is back together then you slide it inside the handle and screw it tight with handgrip rubber rolled down...

Just tell them at FT service department what you want to do..I think I paid like 25.00 for the whole set up...

But yes theres a New G2 in the works..

Yeah, like since March at least, before if you want to count F19 development. I do not want camo so I am holding out for the Tek - will be my first.
