Cane field hunting

Found out yesterday that back in the 1930's & 1940's the field was used to grow rice and later on it was laser leveled and had around 1 foot of dirt removed. That would explain why I haven't been able even find any bullet fragments from any of hunts there, doesn't look very good for any civil war items to really be found. I have spent about twenty hours hunting in that field and haven't found anything that was from that era, going to take a break from the field and do some hunting in some areas I have found bullets and a few other items from
 
Sure would be nice if you knew where that foot of dirt was moved to..
 
I'm going to try and find out what happened to that foot of dirt, if it got pushed out to lower spots and if so, where were the low spots at.
