I have had it with the service teknetics from 1st Texas,its like talking to a bunch of robots!!! I ordered three parts three weeks ago it took an act of congress just to get a tracking # it was sent to me after 8 days because they forgot??I am only 175 miles from El Paso ,the package was finally sent BURRO express:blink:When I got it they sent me the wrong part they cannot tell the difference between a bounty- hunter and a Delta 4000 teknetics:unsure:Well made several contacts one being Tim Mallory and a guy named Juan ,they said they would send the right part and I could send back the wrong coil cover,that was 11 days ago and have not heard a peep from them:veryangry:No one knows nothing including FED X.
What a way to run a business if I can get a package from MAINE in 4 days ,something is wrong at 1ST Texas:look::nerd:cjm
 
Still have not heard from them after numerous e.mails to them,this morning after telling me they would pay to return the wrong item ,I mailed to them at my expense the wrong item since I am looking at two weeks:confused: Is there someone that might have an idea what to do next?:help:
 
Call Felix at 1-800-685-5050 - he is shipping you a new coil should have tracking number tomorrow
