Cant even describe this outting…..

Nice Indian Head.......Changing the frequency is done while the detector is already ON. Each frequency change requires you to release the MENU button each time. When I change frequency I push trigger forward and push in Menu button at the same time and then release both at the same time . Each time you do this it changes the frequency. (The key thing is to release the Menu button "each" time). The DST mode change is what is done by starting with the detector OFF. I have found there are many times that changing the frequency to all the 7 different choices does not help much. The frequency change is quite handy when you have pinpointer interference. Sounds like that area has more to offer.
 
After rereading the manual…… I think I was confused where with the unit off you then push mode and the trigger and then turn it on (all at the same time) to do the factory reset.
