Can't find programs

HELP. I had updated to version 3.0 recently and today I couldn't find any of the installed programs. Only one that would load was the last one I had used. Seems the headphones can scroll through all the programs. Came home and updated to version 3.1 thinking that would solve the problem. Not. The update was "successful", but still can't find any of the factory installed programs. When I select option, program, it jumps to the save option only. Can anyone help with this problem? Many thanks. Norm
 
Dumb, dumb, dumb me. Figured out my problem. Forgot about the + and - scrolling. Old age sucks and my memory is gone!!!! Sorry for the inconvenience everyone. I'll just go back to bed now.........

Hey Norm, I know the feeling all to well. Some say "Sometimes life sucks, you get old and then you die". I say, Sometimes life sucks, you get old but you keep on living. :unsure: LOL

I'm slowly recovering from my stupidity!!!! I've gone back to reading the manual (imagine that) and have started reading Andy's book. Andy, thanks for all your efforts and looking forward to trying some of your suggestions in the book.
