Carved musket balls from a Confederate site near my home.

Found these at a site near my home. At first I was thinking they were fishing weights. Looks like the used a hot piece of metal to make the holes. Found it with my 5900, at about 6" deep.

those guys goofed off like we do at times.... With no cell phones, GPS,etc... they carved bullets and sometimes got creative.... Again, Great Finds... RichardnTN
