Charge Status LED Light

Question does the charge status green light come on when the Equinox 800 is tuned on and stay on all the time?

The light does not come on my unit at all even when its charging any suggestions! I have done a Factory reset and updates.

My machine doesn’t do those things.
Light flashes when charging and goes solid when fully charged then off when unplugged.
Have you contacted customer support?

Something you may want to check is the charger itself. I had a charger that had a really low amperage .5a and had the same problem where it would just sit and the green light would blink forever. I switched to a charger with a higher amp rating and it works like a champ. I don't remember what the rating is on the one I'm using but MineLab should have included a dual port charger for an extra $10 so we could avoid the guessing.

I read on one of the forums that a charger that provides 2 amps or more is highly recommended. Get a good one, not some cheap Chinese junker. Page 8 in the Equinox manual gives a typical charge time of 4 hours from flat to full charge using a 1.7 amp or greater charger.
If your green charging LED isn't blinking you are not charging or the LED circuit is bad. Try cleaning your connection contacts on the Nox and the charging cable and try again.
