ON USING THE CHARGER WITH THE MARK 1,DOES IT MATTER IF SOME OF THE BATTERIES ARE A MIXTURE OF NiMH AND NiCD OR DO THE BATTERIES HAVE TO BE THE SAME TYPE.

The batteries need to be the same type as you ae dealing with two different battery chemistries and they both require the proper charger for that particular type.....Geo
