Check out "large" size coin signals"

kickback

Yesterday I got a coin signal, quarter, but when I sized it it was too big to be a quarter. It was at 3 inches deep.I dug it anyway. It was a quarter spill with one dime underneath. This has happened several times with my MXT.Bill

Gotta love those coin spills. I use to laugh because my MXT would say it was .50 and sure enough..............2 quarters were in the hole. Many times it's happened! :detecting: Thanks for posting and HH, Nancy

I've retrieved quite a few signals that seemed "iffy" that turned out to be coin spills. Several times with 7 or 8 coins total. Makes one wonder how people lose that much change without being aware.

Nancy I've had the 50 cent signal a couple of times to find 2 quarters in the hole also.I just figured the MXT could add.My best coin spill was 23 modern coins.Bill

I got a reading on my M6 one time that said 50 cents. When I dug it it was 2 quartes that were stuck together. Thought it was only one coin when I first dug it.
