Hey Mike
True Story. Once when we were visiting Family in Otterlake Mi. A women pulled into the drive way and asked if i could help her she had seen me MD. in the field and told me that her daughter had lost her class ring out the car door window going down the road and could I find it ? Well ten minutes into the hunt the tone rang out and there it was . I love it when a plan comes together. Later Graw :yo:

A few years back while visiting my inlaws, I was scanning around the back yard with my cheap little bounty hunter detector. Got a pretty good reading in the Tab range, and figured it was junk. I decided to dig it just because you never know.... Well, up comes my Father-in-laws' missing wedding ring. 18k gold with 4 little diamond chips. He was really mad to find that I only got $90 bucks when I hocked it though. Just kidding.;) He was really happy to see it. It had been lost about 20 years. I probably told this story before, but it makes me feel good to remember the look on his face when I brought it in the house to show him.

J.

ps. A couple of years later I found a class ring in their front yard that wasnt from a school that any of them had gone to, but it was so corroded that I couldnt determine a year or anything.(probably corroded from fertilizers)
